What is the Wesley Foundation?
The Wesley Foundation is the official campus ministry of the United Methodist Church. Many are called Wesley Foundation, Wesley House, or "The Wesley". We go by "The LU Wesley" typically or just "The Wesley Foundation at LU" and are also known as Langston Wesley or wflangston. Our name stems from the founder of United Methodism, John Wesley. Though we have many initiatives and provide many services for the community similar to the church, we are not a church. Wesley Foundations are a mission of the United Methodist Churches.
